The Black Horse

Superb food, great service although a little pricey.  Calamari and crab cakes to start which were perfectly done (a little side salad would have been nice, though, as the plate looked a little bar). Both the lamb and pork were beautifully tender, and just the right amount.  The desserts were good but didn&#39;t blow our socks off.  All in all, a pricey meal (&pound;110 for two ppl incl. drinks and coffees) but actually worth it.

overall The Oystercatcher is good.  It would be nice to have the option of choosing how many scoops of ice cream you would like.  I am diabetic and I do not always want 3 scoops of ice cream.  Also be nice to have a rough idea of Carbohydrates in the meals.  I realise you cannot give spot on amounts but just an idea would be very helpful.
